She now is more open and expresses her true self and loves Luz dearly as their relationship grows with her. She became very protective of Luz and gave up the portal key to the Golden Guard, or Hunter, to protect her. Later in the series when she sees it was her parent's pressure for success, family reputation, and emotional abuse is what caused her to behave like this and antagonize Willow, Luz, and Gus, we see the sweet side of her. As the top of her class, Amity Blight is character that originally was known as the antagonist seeing her bully the main character/protagonist (Luz Noceda) and Luz's friend, Willow Park, but later had a redemption arc after getting to know Luz better, falling in love with her, and revealing that Amity's parents were forcing Amity to sever ties with Willow and saying she couldn't be friends with her because she is too weak.
